10 Days. If you have received a damaged product, you must contact us to process the return and replacement within 10 days of the receipt of the product.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our supplier. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our supplier and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Damaged or Defective. We can only process returns for damaged or defective merchandise. Our supplier requires photos of the damage or defect, so be prepared to provide these images. Contact us at info@blueskydaisies.net as soon as you are aware of the problem.
When you contact us, be sure to provide specific details of the problem as well as your order date, order information, and the email address from your order.
Ebooks and Digital Downloads
These digital products are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement. Please note that you have 3 days from the date of purchase to download your files. You are limited to 3 downloads. Save your downloaded files in a safe location where you can find it.
By purchasing a digital download, you have purchased permission to print copies for your household personal use. We want you to enjoy it!
- You do not have permission to distribute, alter, or share this file outside your household.
- You are not authorized to print copies for other households or for resale.
- It is not for commercial use.
- If you are using this resource in a classroom or co-op setting, a copy must be purchased for each child or household represented.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for size or preference or because of buyer’s remorse. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (see above). Because our products are custom made for you, we cannot offer exchanges. Please select your size or product variation carefully.

We do collect your email address and may send you updates about new products or other marketing information. You may always opt out of further email communication by “unsubscribing” from the email.
