About

Blue Sky Daisies is an independent publisher founded by longtime friends Amy Edwards and Tina Mugglin, who created Blue Sky Daisies in order to re-release a new version of the vintage classic Mother Tongue Book II. Amy and Tina took the timeless grammar book and re-typeset it into a fresh and easy-to-use format. To make the grammar practice exercises more doable, they created workbooks. Finally, since so many teachers prefer to have an answer key, they published the key.

Since this beginning, Blue Sky Daisies has published other books and some, like The Innkeeper’s Daughter or Kipling’s Rikki-Tikki-Tavi: A Children’s Play, are brand-new releases. Others, such as Elementary Geography and Home Geography for Primary Grades, are reissues of popular classics. Blue Sky Daisies aims to produce quality paperbacks at an affordable price.

Tina and Amy are also busy homeschooling their children. Tina and her husband have four children. Amy and her husband have five. Both families live in Kansas.
