Looking for a Nativity Play?

Are you looking for a nativity play for your homeschool co-op or Sunday school classes?

Now’s the time to start planning for Christmas children’s plays! The Christmas picture book The Innkeeper’s Daughter by Michelle R. Lallement and illustrated by Jennifer N. Lallement has a bonus nativity script in the back. You will want to check it out.

This script is highly adaptable for a variety of cast sizes, which makes it perfect for homeschool groups, church groups, or Sunday school classes. This story gives the account of Mary and Joseph in Bethlehem for the birth of the Christ-child from the perspective of the innkeeper’s daughter (or daughters, so that you have the option of expanding the cast as needed). With parts for boys and girls, this script is easy to cast, easy to produce, and saves you the time of creating your own script!

5.0 out of 5 stars Includes a children’s play! Reviewed in the United States on November 4, 2018

My daughter has this book and I loved it especially with a wonderful children’s play all laid out in the last pages of the book. It has 20 roles that can be combined or added to as needed for your size of Children’s Church. It is a different perspective than what is usually presented as the nativity and is very cute & sweet. We are doing the play at our church this Christmas and everyone is excited to be a part of it, from middle school to toddler.
